The Christmas entertainment event begins on December 1 with the lighting in the village of Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo, in the Guarda neighborhood, in a ceremony scheduled for 5pm in front of the Town Hall.
This year the Municipality has decided to extend the activities until the end of the month, “thinking of all the children and families on holiday, of the population in general and of all the children in the area who choose the Christmas period to see their families again” or visit the municipality”.
