jpnn.comJAKARTA – The DPR RI plans to roll out a right of inquiry to prove the existence of structured and massive fraud in the 2024 presidential election.

National Coordinator of the Indonesian Moeda Formation (FIM) Syifak Muhammad Yus said that even though this right of inquiry exists, it will not change the results of the 2024 presidential election.

“The right of inquiry will never be able to change the provisions of the law that there must be a presidential inauguration on October 20. At the same time, it will not be able to annul the decision regarding who is the winner in the presidential election,” said Syifak, Thursday (14/3).

Syifak said that the rollout of the right to inquiry was carried out by parties who were not willing to suffer defeat at this five-yearly party.

“This right of inquiry can be said to be immature in politics. But more than that, those who carry this right of inquiry can also be said to be immature in democracy,” he said.

Syifak admitted that it was strange why the factions in the DPR did not carry out a right of inquiry before voting for the 2024 presidential election.

“If they had sensed things that they were suspicious of based on their assumption that this presidential election was not going as it should, they should have been launched long before it started, not when the fight was over,” he explained.

Therefore, he said that the efforts of political parties to promote the right to inquiry were like going against the people’s choice.
