Final Results for 2024-25 EEA Childcare Vouchers to be Released Today, Covering Over 173,500 Beneficiaries

Today, August 19, the EETAA is expected to publish the tables regarding the final results for the preschool centers of the ESF 2024-25.

It is reminded that initially, the EETAA had informed that the final results would be published on August 14. However, there was a slight delay to thoroughly examine all the objections.

Over 173,500 beneficiaries

The budget for this year’s voucher program amounts to €361.2 million and it is estimated that it will cover more than 173,500 beneficiaries across all structures as follows:

• Comprehensive childcare centers (that meet the participation criteria of the program): an estimated 110,000 eligible infants and children of all categories.
• The total number of applications from individuals with disabilities for KDY structures: an estimated 9,500 beneficiaries.
• Approximately 54,000 children in KDY structures.
• For individuals with disabilities over 22 years old, the coverage of all applications is maintained, and it is estimated that an additional €1.7 million will be allocated to KDY vouchers.
