The Governor’s Administration Delfina Gomez Alvarez reactivated the card delivery of the Women with Well-being program in the State of Mexico and as part of this initiative, on July 22 it was announced that care modules for the beneficiaries of the program were enabled in various municipalities, including Toluca, Nezahualcóyotl and Chimalhuacán.

What topics are beneficiaries advised on?

In these modules, recipients of social assistance may come to receive a detailed explanation of the various benefits offered by this comprehensive scheme, such as:

• “Servidores del Pueblo”: The purpose of this space is to provide all women participating in Mexico’s state social program with access to detailed information and personalized assistance. They are even told how to navigate the platform and make the most of the benefits.
• Academic guidance: Aimed at women who wish to complete their secondary and higher education studies.
• Pet sterilization: Beneficiaries will be able to bring their dogs or cats to be sterilized following campaigns that are carried out.
• Food for Wellbeing Program: Here, women who attend will be able to obtain detailed information about the requirements established in the call for applications and learn about the products included in the food basket offered through this program.

These stands will be attended by the Nation’s Servants, who generally help the Edomex Welfare Secretariat to organize and coordinate the beneficiaries of the Comprehensive Welfare Programs so that they receive directly and without intermediaries the support to which they are entitled by right.
