Jaipur : The opposition created a ruckus in the Rajasthan Assembly on Friday on various issues. During this, a fierce altercation was seen between Forest Minister Sanjay Sharma and Leader of Opposition Tikaram Julie. Leader of Opposition Julie, upset with the minister’s reply, targeted the Forest Minister and said, ‘Mr. Chairman, the minister is pointing a finger at me.’ There was a heated argument between the Leader of Opposition and the Forest Minister for a long time regarding this. Many Congress MLAs also expressed their objection regarding the Forest Minister. Amidst this uproar, Speaker Vasudev Devnani did not give time to many Congress MLAs to speak. Due to which Congress created a lot of ruckus.
The forest department’s data was termed misleading
There was a heated argument between Forest Minister Sanjay Sharma and Leader of Opposition Tikaram Julie in the Assembly. In fact, Leader of Opposition Tikaram Julie raised big questions about the manipulation of tree plantation figures. He asked how the figures given by the department regarding tree plantation can be in round figures. Regarding this, he said that if these figures are investigated, then there can be 87, 89, 99 somewhere. The Forest Department figures being in round figures are misleading. On this, Forest Minister Sanjay Sharma taunted that the Leader of Opposition has a habit of standing up on every question. On this, Tikaram Julie said that this is not a habit but my right to ask questions.
Julie verbally attacked the forest minister
There was a lot of conflict between Leader of Opposition Tikaram Julie and Forest Minister Sanjay Sharma in the Assembly on Friday. This conflict escalated so much that Assembly Speaker Devnani had to intervene. During this, Julie said that ‘the minister is pointing a finger at me.’ Congress MLAs also objected to this and created a ruckus for a long time. After this, Speaker Devnani also did not give time to speak to the MLAs who were creating a ruckus.
