Finnish hockey players reached the final of the Olympics

The Finnish national team defeated the Slovakian team in the semifinal match of the Olympic hockey tournament in Beijing with a score of 2:0. In the final, the Finns will play with the winner of the Russia-Sweden match, which will take place today, February 18.

The pucks were scored by Finnish hockey players Sakari Manninen (16th minute) and Harri Pesonen (60th).

The Finnish ice hockey team reached the final of the Olympics for the third time in history. Slovakia will fight for the third place of the tournament.
