As part of a press event at the children’s cancer center of the University Hospital Augsburg, the donation of 14,000 euros from the H46 Open Air to the glowworms e. V. handed over by the representatives of BAR GmbH and the representatives of the clubs involved.
Another donation made
Another major donation was made through the auction of a work of art by Manuel Engelhardt (MRC/Mr. Camouflage) at the Open Air in Lindl. Centrum Service GmbH, represented by Gerhard Gruber, was awarded the contract and for this reason donated a sum of 20,000 euros.
Artwork on loan
As part of the handover, Gerhard Gruber offered the work of art as a loan to the children’s cancer center. “We would be happy to give the painting away for a donation of 5,000 euros or more for the glowworms in order to further increase the donation amount,” explains Gerhard Gruber. This means that 34,000 euros could be donated this year to support children suffering from cancer, chronic diseases and seriously ill children.
