Fials therefore proposed to the Health Commission of the Senate a widespread analysis, with related possible solutions. Among other things, Fials proposes for the uniformity of the selection and preparation parameters of operators, whose contracts must also be regularized. The request of the institution of the“Rescue driver”: “it is our opinion that the training of this strategic figure for the emergency and urgency service must be a regional competence, provided through accredited training bodies or health companies”, explains Fials.
