Amazfit offers a sequel to the T-Rex Pro and we have some photos and specifications. In addition to the T-Rex Pro 2, we’re also getting our first look at the upcoming Amazfit Vienna which is described as a luxurious durable watch with a unibody titanium case and sapphire glass display.

The Amazfit T-Rex Pro 2 brings a similar look to the original T-Rex Pro and T-Rex with a durable plastic construction and silicone strap. Amazfit brings several new colors with the Astro Black and Gold, Wild Green and Desert Khaki option along with the classic Black color option.

The T-Rex Pro 2 has a 1.39-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 454 x 454 pixels and a brightness of 1000 nits. The watch remains true to its rugged nature with a 10 ATM rating and military-grade durability with 15 MIL-STD-810G certifications.

Amazfit also adds an updated BioTracker 3.0 PPG biosensor for heart rate and blood oxygen measurements. You will be able to track more than 150 sports modes using PAI scores as well as sleep and stress levels. The watch also features an accelerometer, gyroscope, barometer, geomagnetic sensor, and ambient light sensor. The watch also comes with dual-band GPS and Bluetooth 5.0 for connectivity.

Battery life is rated at up to 24 days of mixed use and 10 days of heavy use thanks to the upgraded 500mAh battery. The watch will offer 32MB of RAM and 512MB of onboard storage.

The Amazfit Vienna is a step above the T-Rex Pro 2 with its titanium and sapphire glass body. The watch gets a 1.28-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 416 x 416 pixels and a peak brightness of 1000 nits as well as the same health and sports tracking features as the T-Rex Pro 2. Unfortunately, the watch will not be able to make independent calls as it lacks eSIM capabilities.

Amazfit Vienna

The Amazfit Vienna gets 20ATM water resistance which means it can be worn during high speed water sports. The watch also features 32MB of storage and 4GB of storage. You get the same set of sensors as the T-Rex Pro 2 plus dual-band GPS and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. The watch can last up to 14 days with typical use and is powered by a 500mAh battery cell.
