Florida-based EzFill Holdings, a leading company in the direct-to-customer fuel transportation industry, announced a pilot with Cybervan, in which systems were installed SaverOne in the company’s fuel supply trucks with the aim of reducing traffic accidents caused by cell phone distraction, in a field of transport that is considered particularly dangerous.

EzFill is a leader in the fast-growing direct-to-customer fuel trucking industry, with the largest market share in its home state of Florida. The company’s vision is to improve the refueling model of gas stations by increasing the convenience, safety and contactless service of refueling as well as providing on-demand refueling services delivered directly to the place of order for commercial and special customers, allowing customers to start their daily activities with fully fueled vehicles .

EzFill CEO Mike McConnell stated that “We are excited to be a partner in the first pilot of Cybervan technology in the US with the potential to drastically reduce driver distraction from the cell phone and the accidents that occur as a result. As we look to diversify our products and services by working with strategic partners, we see great potential for this technology to be offered to our customer base.’

Uri Gilboa, CEO of Cybervan, stated that “EzFill and SaverOne share a common vision to improve transportation for everyone, and make it much safer. EzFill is our first pilot in the United States and represents a new and significant step in our strategy to expand the provision of our technology and services throughout world. We look forward to a fruitful relationship with EzFill. We hope to eventually expand our work with them across their entire fleet, and at a later stage for Ezfill to roll out the SaverOne system to their customers’ fleets.”

The Cybervan company was founded to save lives and reduce traffic accidents and developed two unique solutions: the SaverOne system for identifying and blocking distracting and life-threatening smartphone apps while driving by a physical system installed in the driver’s area, and a system for identifying vulnerable road users (VRU) based on the 2nd generation of SaverOne system
