(24 News) Provincial Minister of Information and leader of PML-N Uzma Bukhari has said that the members of Fitnah party should be ashamed of rioting at the gate of Punjab Assembly.
Reacting to the symbolic meeting held outside the Punjab Assembly by the Sunni Unity Council, Uzma Bukhari said that officials and losers have been gathered from all over Punjab to protest, their own assembly members are not with them. This is what the Fitna Riot Party can do. They said that these are not the members of Tehreek-e-Insaaf, they are the terrorists of May 9. For 4 months, the same drama and laziness is being done inside the House, nonsense slogans and abusive language inside the House. Those who do the same are doing the same thing today at the assembly gate, they are giving us dictation to run the house by those who handed over the house to a dictator speaker for four years.
Uzma Bukhari said that Pervaiz Elahi suspended my membership as soon as he became the Speaker, the most suspensions in the history of Punjab took place during his tenure, we suffered his bullying and dictatorship for four years, our Members always protested in keeping with civility and parliamentary traditions.
The provincial minister said that the amount of time and respect that Speaker Ahmed Khan gave to him is unprecedented. The people of Punjab suffered four years of Pinky, Googi and Buzdar gang, when the toy chief minister with a key became dumb and sat on the chief minister’s chair. When he was sitting, these people used to sit in front of him.
On the other hand, Provincial Finance Minister Mujtaba Shujaur Rahman said that the opposition spoiled the atmosphere of the House during the swearing in of the Chief Minister, Budget Day and also during the Chief Minister’s speech, Maryam Nawaz honored the entire opposition including Rana Aftab on the first day.
He said that Maryam Nawaz even said that opposition members are as respectable as government members are to me, but the opposition members continuously adopted unparliamentary behavior during Maryam Nawaz’s speech which was intolerable.
