Don’t worry, the exercise won’t harm your wall. But it is precisely this attempt to achieve the impossible that will do your body good. But let’s not get too philosophical.

This is how it works: Place on the side of a door or door frame. Or in front of a heavy cupboard. Squat slightly and try to push the wall away with an outstretched arm. Of course no one will be able to do that. But the effort causes the core to tense and work hard. However: Don’t concentrate so much on the muscles, but rather on standing as stable as possible when attempting to push. Hold maximum tension for three to four seconds. Then solve.
