The German advantage was not in doubt throughout most of the stages of the game, when the Italians were mainly busy chasing and lost the momentum in the third quarter, where they fell behind by two digits. Despite attempts at a comeback, both teams finished the season with the same balance and are still far from the playoff area. Augustin Robitt led the Bavarians with 18 points, Milos Theodosic and Isia Cordinier with 14 each on the other side.
