Floods, Minister Fratin: “Italy in the Guinness Book of Records for not knowing how to spend money”

On the sidelines of the inauguration of Cersaie, the Minister of the Environment Gilberto Pichetto Fratin spoke about the damage caused by bad weather: “If Italy could go into the Guinness Book of Records, it would go because it is incapable of spending the money it has”. Thus Fratin, who then said about the Region’s request to approve special plans for post-flood reconstruction: “It takes time to do the work”.
