Canceled, for organizational reasons, the concert by Gigi D’Alessio, scheduled for 18 September in Florence, at the Cascine amphitheater as part of the Ultravox Festival. This was announced by Friends & Partners explaining that tickets already purchased in advance are refundable no later than 8 August.
The refund, explains a note, can be requested by contacting the points of sale where the tickets were purchased. For those who have purchased tickets online on the TicketOne website or via the call center with `print @ home /` eticket mode, a refund can be requested by sending an email to: ecomm.customerservice@ticketone.it. For those who have purchased tickets online on the TicketOne website or through the call center with shipping via express courier, the refund may be requested by sending a request communication with the tickets attached, by registered letter with return receipt (the date of postmark) to the address: TicketOne SpA – Via Vittor Pisani 19 – 20124 Milan (Ca Division of Electronic Commerce).
