With a goal from Kaua Elías, Fluminense defeated Bragantino 1-0 at the Nabi Abi Chedid Stadium, in the 20th round of the Brasileirao. This match was marked as the first for Kevin Serna as a starter in the team coached by Brazilian coach Mano Menezes.
After his good debut against Palmeiras, Serna was placed as a starter in place of Marqunhos. A bet by coach Menezes considering the tough away match ahead.
