“Flying 90 people to the World Cup in Qatar? That’s a statement”

by time news

The football celebration in Qatar continues, and as in any celebration, Coca-Cola is one of the main players here. Coca-Cola initiated for several weeks an activity in which 10 influencers from different sectors were selected, network leaders who are followed by hundreds of thousands. Coca-Cola consumers were told that ‘it’s not in the sky to fly to the World Cup in Qatar’, they were given different tasks and those who did things in a creative and unusual way were chosen.

24 participants won, each a pair of tickets to the match between Spain and Germany that will take place on Sunday. The package includes a flight, accommodation in Qatar and of course watching the game. So a group of 90 influencers, consumers and retailers took off to Qatar for a larger-than-life flight.

Among the participants: Rotem Israel, Dean Miroshnikov, Maor and Miran Bozaglo, Marwan Kabaha, Guy Hochman, Omri Ben Natan, Moshe Kursia and Liel Eli. Watch the influencers in preparation for the big game.

“This is my second time at the World Cup,” said Bozaglu, “an experience that everyone should experience. Bringing out such a large number of people is not something that is taken for granted. The task I was given is to bounce a ball, look at the camera and talk. I don’t know how it can be done. We’ll see.” Omri Ben Natan added: “Coca-Cola does huge projects, but this time they went overboard. Taking 90 people and more to the World Cup in Qatar is a statement.” Miroshnikov: “I used to collect cans to win promotions, suddenly I find myself with guys who competed with each other.”
