43 entrepreneurs met at Paseo Parque Morichal in the La Cascada Shopping Center in Maturín, to publicize their products
Ehe Fund for the Development of Entrepreneurship of the Monagas State (Fondeem) accompanied the participation of 43 entrepreneurs from different productive areas in the Expoferia Ciudad Comercial La Cascada, from April 21 to 23 in Paseo Morichal. The event that brought together culture, art and creativity was promoted by the National Government and its “Emprender Juntos” program, as well as by Governor Ernesto Luna through Fondeem.
During the three days of the exhibition, the entrepreneurs receive basic guidance on the Autonomous Service of Intellectual Property (SAPI) thanks to a conversation with Dubis Zapata, a specialist in the commercial area and director of MinComercio in Monagas. Likewise, the entrepreneurs Carmelys Hernández and Hilderis Leonet expose their life stories from resilience, motivation and productive entrepreneurship.
“For us it is very important to make entrepreneurs aware of what SAPI consists of, an organization that belongs to the Ministry of Commerce, an institution in charge of legally registering the original ideas of Venezuelans, registering the brand, obtaining patents and avoiding plagiarism” Zapata reported.
Opportunities for entrepreneurs
“We thank Fondeem for the opportunity to make our products known throughout the Monagas state by inviting us to this type of event that allows us to expand, promote ourselves and grow as entrepreneurs,” said Deyanira Díaz, a ginger entrepreneur, a tuber that she uses as a base. to prepare products such as candies, liquor, dehydrated snacks, seasonings, among others. At the same time, she thanked Governor Ernesto Luna for the boost he has given to his business with the financial support of Fondeem.
For her part, Yrangelis Santil, an entrepreneur in the textile sector and manufacturer of stuffed animals, commented that it is the third expo fair where she has participated in recent months, an event that has served her to publicize her venture on social networks, attract more customers , strengthen itself as a producer in the textile sector and empower itself within the framework of the self-sustaining economy.
