The Director of the Media Office of the Iraqi Premier League, Hussein Al-Khorasani, confirmed that the Football Association has developed a modern and advanced strategy for the new season, which is scheduled to start tomorrow, Friday, in Dohuk Governorate.

Al-Khorasan said in a statement to Al-Sabah newspaper, followed by the (INA), today, Thursday: “The league draw took place in an ideal atmosphere and received praise from club representatives,” indicating that “the game association was keen to implement a modern and advanced strategy in dealing with the next season, in order to make a new history for Iraqi football.”
Al-Khorasan added, “The competition is scheduled to start tomorrow, Friday, corresponding to the twentieth of September, and will continue until the twenty-fifth of June next year,” noting that “the federation has set the schedule of matches in a civilized manner that is not subject to postponement or cancellation, taking into consideration holidays and external participation.”
