Amin Khan handing over the Marcel brand fridge to the champion team
A football tournament organized by Marcel, the country’s leading electrical, electronics and home appliance manufacturer, was held at Kalihati in Tangail.
On Tuesday (September 17, 2024) afternoon, the final match of the tournament was held at the North Betdoba Fatima Halim High School ground, organized by Marcel’s distributor Showroom RJ Electronics. Earlier, the tournament was inaugurated on September 15. A total of 4 teams participated in the tournament.
Mujahati Village beat Kalia Village 2-0 in the final match. The guests awarded Marcel brand refrigerator to the winning team and Marcel brand LED television to the runner-up team.

Popular actor Amin Khan, brand ambassador of Marcel, was present as the chief guest at the award ceremony. Also present were Marcel’s Head of Business Matiur Rahman, Kalihati Police Station OC Abul Kalam and North Betdoba Fatema Halim High School Principal Hamidul Islam.
Cinematographer Amin Khan said that one of Marcel’s goals is to encourage creative work by keeping the youth away from drugs. So Marcel encourages them to stay physically and mentally fit by organizing various sports like cricket and football events across the country. Today’s game is organized as a part of this. Hope the youth will be on the right path through this activity of Marcel. These activities of Marcel will continue to build the country and society.
