Footbridge installation work: traffic suspended from Tuesday evening to Wednesday morning between the Sidi Allal Al Bahraoui toll barrier and the Tiflet interchange (ADM)

Rabat – Work to install a footbridge at Kilometric Point PK 37+700 will take place from Tuesday, March 21, from 10:00 p.m. to Wednesday, March 22, at 6:00 a.m., the Moroccan National Motorway Company (ADM) announced on Sunday.

Consequently, “traffic will be temporarily suspended on the motorway section between the Sidi Allal Al Bahraoui toll barrier and the Tiflet interchange in both directions,” the Company said in a press release.

The ADM indicates that it has defined alternative routes for users coming from Rabat and heading to Oujda, who are invited to “take the national road RN°6 to then join the motorway via the Tiflet interchange”.

As for users taking the motorway from Oujda to Rabat, they are asked to “leave the motorway via the Tiflet interchange and take the national road RN°6”, according to the same source.

“The ADM has installed signaling devices in appropriate locations to facilitate traffic and apologizes for the inconvenience caused by this work aimed at improving highway safety,” the statement added.
