After securing a place in the Round of 16 of CONMEBOL Sudamericana, by defeating Tigre (ARG) last Tuesday (27), Tricolor will resume the Brazilian Championship dispute this weekend to duel with Fluminense.
This Saturday (01/07), at 4 pm, in Morumbi, São Paulo will receive the team from Rio de Janeiro in a duel valid for the 13th round.
The São Paulo team is in 11th place, with 18 points, while the visitors are in fifth place, with 21 points.
After this afternoon’s confrontation, the team led by coach Dorival Júnior will have the derby with Palmeiras ahead of them: the Choque-Rei will be played next Wednesday (05/07), at 7:30 pm, at Estádio Cícero Pompeu de Toledo, valid for the first leg of the quarterfinals of the Copa do Brasil.
