The law on the installation of domestic software on devices sold in the country, including smartphones, tablets, PCs, laptops and TVs with the Smart TV function, is in effect in Russia from April 1, 2021. The list of specific applications is determined by the Ministry of Digital Development. List of applications that need to be installed with services VKYandex, Kaspersky Lab, My Office, State services, Mir payment system, etc. The law does not provide for the installation of domestic systems.
