BYD, the Chinese car manufacturer that is slowly taking over the roads in Israel, published in the last day a series of new photos of its new electric vehicle, Seagull, which is coming to Israel as part of the Ocean vehicle series.
By the way, it should be noted that the expected price of the new BYD vehicle will be an estimated amount of 80,000-100,000 yuan, equivalent to 11,600-15,600 dollars. Other publications talk about 65,000 which is worth only NIS 35,000, although the company denied the publications.
The technical specifications include 2 front electric motors with a power of 75 hp and up to 95 hp. The vehicle will arrive with a 30 kWh battery with a driving range of 305 km or with a 38 kWh battery with a driving range of 405 km. Only last November it was announced that BYD will start producing vehicles with Sodium-ion batteries and it seems that the Seagull will arrive with these batteries.
