São Paulo visited Cruzeiro this Saturday (24) and were beaten by 1-0, at Arena Independência, in a duel valid for the 12th round of the Brasileirão.
After leaving behind the scoreboard at the beginning of the first half, Tricolor put pressure on the home team, created a series of good chances, but failed to seek a draw. With the result, the team commanded by Dorival Júnior continued with 18 points in the table, provisionally in 9th place.
São Paulo returns to the field next Tuesday, when they face Tigre-ARG, at 21:30, in Morumbi, for the last round of the CONMEBOL Sudamericana group stage.
