(24News) Governor Punjab Sardar Salim Haider Khan has said that for the country’s development, corruption must be eradicated and the enforcement of the law must be ensured.
Deputy Chairman NAB Sohail Nasir met Governor Punjab Sardar Salim Haider Khan, DG NAB Lahore Amjad Majeed Olukh was also present on this occasion. Governor Punjab Sardar Salim Haider appreciated the reforms in the institution under the supervision of Chairman NAB.
In the briefing, Deputy Chairman NAB Sohail Nasir said that the AFC Speaker will work under the supervision of a grade 20 officer under the supervision of the Provincial Assembly. Any complaint filed against any respected member of the Provincial Assembly will be referred to the Accountability Facility Cell for scrutiny. Further informed in the briefing that the Cell will conduct initial scrutiny on the complaints received by NAB against the members of the Provincial Assembly, however, NAB will not directly deal with any complaint received against any MPA. will send
Speaking on this occasion, Governor Punjab Sardar Salim Haider Khan said that for the development of the country, corruption must be eradicated and the enforcement of the law must be ensured.
