A state of anxiety afflicted fans of the Egyptian artist, Adel Imam, after the news of his health in the past few days, and the reports that he had Alzheimer’s disease and the onset of symptoms of the disease.
Rumors of illness and death are not new to Adel Imam, as he reads them from one week to another, and his brother, producer Issam Imam, is satisfied with going out, responding to them and denying them.
But what is new this time is the talk about Adel Imam’s illness on the lips of Egyptian media professionals, which caused concern to everyone, in light of Adel Imam’s long absence.
The leader decided to respond with brief statements, as “ET in Arabic” published an audio recording of a few seconds that was attributed to Adel Imam, who spoke to respond categorically to what was circulated about him.
Adel Imam’s words in the audio recording came to reassure his fans, in which he said, “Good.. the one reads his obituary and he is fine.. I respond to eh.. I am cold for these needs.”
Then he explained that he is in good condition, indicating that he is in his own estate with his children and grandchildren, and that his friends come to visit him on a weekly basis and sit next to him.
At the end of his speech, he touched upon what is new in the world of cinema and drama, but he contented himself with repeating very brief words, “We will come…we will come, God willing.”
So this is the first time that Adel Imam has broken his silence after the last rumor that dealt with him, and all his fans in the Arab world worried about his health.
