For the first time: advanced medical technology makes it possible to perform medical underwriting tests for life insurance customers – without leaving home.

Clal Insurance and Finance announced that starting today it is leading a revolution in the life insurance industry, and is launching a unique collaboration with the MP Check company, to carry out an underwriting process using advanced medical technology. The tests will be performed for customers who purchase collision or collision insurance, without leaving the house and without any hassle.

Customers who wish to purchase risk insurance or risk insurance, and are required to perform medical underwriting tests as part of joining the insurance, including ergometry tests, will now be able to perform them at home, without having to go to external institutes. The efficient and innovative process significantly shortens the testing procedure.

The coordination of the visit will be done with the client according to the time he has available. The results of the tests are received immediately, transferred to General Insurance and Finance and the underwriting process is closed in a short time.

Moshe Ernst, deputy to the CEO and manager of the long-term savings division in general insurance and finance: “This is a revolution in the field of risk. If until today the client was required to go to external institutes in order to perform medical underwriting tests, then now they come to the client’s home at a time convenient for him, perform all the medical tests already during the visit, and close the underwriting process in a short time.”

Nitzan Lahat, CEO of MP Check said: “We are happy about the unique collaboration with Clal Insurance and Finance. The advanced technology that was developed enables a personalized process, digitally, saves valuable time, provides a reliable solution in real time, and thus significantly improves the satisfaction of the insured with the process.”
