/ The costs of “overseas and Iraqi” gold stabilized within the native markets in Baghdad and in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Area, on Monday.

Company correspondent mentioned that gold costs within the wholesale markets on Al-Nahr Road within the capital, Baghdad, recorded this morning, the promoting value of 1 mithqal of 21 karat Gulf, Turkish and European gold at 457 thousand dinars, and the acquisition value at 453 thousand dinars.

The company’s correspondent added that the promoting value of 1 mithqal of 21 carat Iraqi gold was recorded at 427 thousand dinars, and the acquisition value reached 423 thousand.

Concerning gold costs in goldsmiths’ outlets, the promoting value of a 21-karat Gulf gold mithqal ranges between 460,000 and 470,000 dinars, whereas the promoting value of an Iraqi gold mithqal ranges between 430,000 and 440,000 dinars.

As for gold costs in Erbil, the promoting value of 24-karat mithqal was recorded at 530,000 dinars, 22-karat, at 485,000 dinars, 21-karat, at 465,000 dinars, and 18-karat, at 400,000 dinars.
