jpnn.comJAKARTA – Bank DKI together with the Fatahillah Jakarta Education Foundation have established cooperation on the utilization of sharia banking services and products.
The collaboration was marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding.
Bank DKI is ready to provide support for sharia banking transactions for the Fatahillah Jakarta Education Foundation which oversees the STIE Indonesia Jakarta educational institution.
“Starting from Cash Management System (CMS) services, opening Savings, Giro, and Deposit accounts, Hajj and Umrah registration services, to sharia economic potential empowerment programs,” said Bank DKI President Director, Agus H. Widodo in an official statement, Monday (29/7).
According to him, Bank DKI’s support for sharia banking transactions at the Fatahillah Education Foundation in Jakarta is part of the commitment.
“It is our commitment to expand accessibility to sharia financial services in various sectors, including the education ecosystem,” he explained.
Furthermore, Agus expressed the hope that the synergy could provide positive benefits for Bank DKI service users at this Foundation, as well as being an initial step to increase financial inclusion in the Jakarta area.
In addition to supporting sharia financial services, the collaboration also covers the field of education, including community service and research for lecturers, student internship programs, inter-institutional publications, and other forms that benefit both parties.
