Movie trackers Let’s Cinema has tweeted that it has been decided that ‘Tunivi’ will release on Pongal. It is reported that the official announcement of the release of the film directed by H Vinod will be made soon. Cinematography of the film is done by Nirav Shah. Vijay Velukkutty will handle the cinematography.
H Vinod himself is writing the screenplay of the film. The film also stars Veera, Samudharkani, John Koken and Telugu actor Ajay. The film is produced by Boney Kapoor. Ajith, H Vinod and Boney Kapoor are teaming up for ‘Thuniv’ after ‘Valimai’.
After ‘Tunivi’, Ajith will play the lead in Vignesh Sivan’s direction. It is reported that Ajith may also play the lead in the film directed by National Award winner Sudha Kongara Prasad. The news is also circulating among the fans that he is in talks with director Shri Ganesh Ajith about the new film. Shri Ganesh is the director of ‘Kuruti Atta’. Shri Ganesh was the co-director of MISS. ‘8 Thotakkal’ is the first film of Shri Ganesh. The first film was released in 2017. Sri Ganesh’s second film is the recently released ‘Kuruti Attam’. There are many Ajith references in the Atharva starrer. So the news of Ajith and Shri Ganesh teaming up has gained a lot of publicity.
