“The temperature in Moscow and the region will be 3-5 degrees above zero, in some places up to 7 degrees. Nighttime temperatures will also be positive. This is not normal for the end of November, ”he said, noting that it will be cloudy and rainy.
The forecaster also clarified that the weather in the center of European Russia will be “very warm” – on Monday the temperature will exceed the climatic norm by 6-7 degrees. This will be the result of “the removal of very warm air masses” from the Atlantic Ocean and North Africa, Vilfand explained.

The maximum temperature values for residents of Moscow and the Moscow region are expected on the night of Tuesday November 30, Vilfand assured, but it will get colder during the day. During the day, heavy precipitation will fall – first in the form of rain, then they will turn into snow, the wind will rise. In addition, very low atmospheric pressure is expected – below 720 mm Hg, the forecaster warned. On Wednesday afternoon, the temperature will drop sharply to minus 3-5 degrees, Vilfand summed up.
