During the day in Moscow, it is predicted from 0 to 2 degrees of heat, at night the air temperature will drop to -5 degrees. Ice is possible in places.
In the Moscow region, daytime temperatures will range from -3 to +2 degrees, nighttime temperatures will range from -3 to -8 degrees.
The wind is expected to be from the west at a speed of 5–10 m/s.
Atmospheric pressure will be 754 mm Hg.
Until the end of winter, residents and guests of the capital region will experience a “permanent spring” with air temperatures up to +5 degrees, said Yevgeny Tishkovets, a leading specialist of the Phobos weather center. According to him, in the first half of the upcoming week it will be cloudy, with precipitation, and by the end of the week, “clear March days” will come to the capital region. In addition, the weather forecaster noted that by the end of the week (February 21-27), “clear March days” will come to the capital region.
On the same day, the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand warned that three cyclones would come to the capital in the near future, which would bring very low pressure to the city. The meteorologist stressed that warm weather in winter is not a very good sign, since such weather is usually accompanied by increased wind, thaw, and black ice.
