The air temperature in Moscow during the day is from 0 to +2 degrees, at night – from 1 degrees below zero and up to 1 degrees above zero.
In the Moscow region, it is predicted from -3 to +2 degrees during the day and the exact same temperature at night.
The wind is expected west and south-west at a speed of 5-10 m / s and gusts up to 15.
The atmospheric pressure will be 742 mm Hg.
On December 16, the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, Roman Vilfand, announced that a sharp cold snap would come in Moscow from December 20. The temperature will drop to 17-21 degrees below zero.
A day earlier, the Phobos weather center reported that the next working week would be the coldest since the beginning of winter. At the same time, Tatyana Pozdnyakova, chief specialist of the Moscow meteorological office, clarified that snowfalls in the region will subside. She also did not rule out frosts down to -20 degrees at night hours next week.
