New Delhi ∙ External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar arrived in New York on a 10-day US visit. He will address the United Nations General Assembly on the 24th. He will meet with UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres and General Assembly President Xaba Korosi. The face-to-face meeting is taking place after a 2-year covid gap.
The minister will attend the G4 ministerial meeting of India, Brazil, Japan and Germany, the L69 meeting of Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean and a special UN function to mark the 75th anniversary of India’s independence.
