The Foreign Ministry Workers’ Committee in a sharp attack on Foreign Minister Yair Lapid. Half a year after taking office in one of the most important offices in Israel, Foreign Ministry employees decided to take the arguments to the surface and openly attack Lapid.

In a letter posted on Twitter, the committee members wrote: “You have abandoned us abroad, and we are fighting for the image of the Israeli Foreign Service. Israel needs a strong, quality and vital foreign service, just as we need the best teachers and doctors, we need the best foreign service to win the diplomatic battlefield. “Otherwise, the State of Israel will lose.”
The workers referred to the Oknin couple’s crisis and wrote: “Diplomatic work is based on professionalism, uncompromising commitment, and the ability to forge personal ties. Theirs to a Foreign Ministry employee who worked for them with dedication. “
Finally, the workers attacked Lapid and wrote, “Before entering the Foreign Ministry, Yair Lapid was the first to be at the forefront of the struggle to strengthen the Foreign Ministry.
