As part of the Labor Mobility Program, and to prevent fraud, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the United Nations Organization for Migration (OIM), presented the initiative of the regional campaign called “Piénsalo 2 Veces”.
“We are happy and very blessed this morning. I want to thank the entire IOM team, who are always our strategic allies,” said Vice Minister of Diaspora and Human Mobility, Cindy Portal.
According to the official, through this program people can leave the country for a certain time, generate income and return to their nation to invest in businesses, improvements to their homes or education and health for their families.
“As part of this entire process, we are responsible for the management, prior training, monitoring, follow-up, and reintegration of each Salvadoran who is part of the program,” said the vice minister.
