Rosreestr proposes to supplement the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRN) with new information. The system will include the boundaries of forest park green belts.
The draft law developed by Rosreestr is proposed to enter information on the boundaries of such territories into the USRN. At the same time, forest park green belts will not be classified as zones with special conditions of use.
Forest park green belts, according to the law on environmental protection, are zones with a limited regime of nature management and other economic activities. They may include territories with forests, reservoirs, natural landscapes, as well as green zones within the boundaries of cities that adjoin such forests or form a single natural ecological system with them, performing environment-forming, environmental, ecological, sanitary-hygienic and recreational functions. Based on this concept, according to Rosreestr, forest park green belts cannot be unequivocally attributed to zones with special conditions of use.
The bill is associated with the need to prepare, as an appendix to the decision to create a forest park green belt, a graphical description of the boundaries of such a belt in the coordinate system established for maintaining the USRN.
The authorities must enter information into the USRN within six months after the decision to create a forest-park belt is made. If it was created earlier, then Rosreestr must be informed by 2025.
