The department referred to the discovery of forged clearance books attributed to them being issued by the General Tax Authority – Najaf branch for the benefit of a company, pointing to the complicity of employees in the Execution Directorate in the province and the Najaf Reconstruction Authority in sending forged books to the Reconstruction Authority, according to which the amounts were transferred to the Directorate directly without tying the health of the breasts; In return for the employees obtaining material gains, and the amount of damage to public money amounted to (85,048,000) million dinars.
She added that the team of the Najaf Investigation Office monitored that the director of imports at the Directorate of Municipality of Najaf and one of the employees tampered with the records and wrote off the debts of a group of debtors, indicating that the pages that had been manipulated were seized, and in the Real Estate Registration Directorate, the original book of land allocation issued by the Municipality Directorate was seized without knowledge. And at the University of Al-Qadisiyah – College of Nursing, the Investigation and Judicial Enforcement Division of the commission’s investigation office in the governorate detected a case of tampering with the university order to transfer the names of daily workers into ministerial contracts, without having previous administrative orders to work as daily workers.
