jpnn.com – JAKARTA – Political Communication Analyst from the KedaiKOPI Survey Institute, Hendri Satrio, assessed that the 2024 Jakarta Gubernatorial Election will still be exciting, even without the presence of Anies Baswedan.
Anies was ‘abandoned’ by all political parties that could nominate candidates in the 2024 Jakarta gubernatorial election.
PDI Perjuangan, the last vehicle that might carry Anies, has decided to choose its own cadres, namely Pramono Anung-Rano Karno.
“Even without Anies, the Jakarta gubernatorial election will still be an exciting election, because PDIP, even without a coalition with other parties, has the figure of Rano Karno who has long been known as a native Betawi child thanks to his role as Si Doel,” said the man who is familiarly called Hensat.
According to him, Rano Karno will be one of the magnets of support for Jakarta residents because of his considerable electability as a Betawi cultural figure.
This is coupled with the figure of Pramono Anung, who is one of the PDI Perjuangan’s reliable politicians.
“Pramono Anung is known as a politician who can be accepted by any party, including Jokowi, Prabowo and other political parties,” said Hensat.
On the other hand, said Hensat, there is the figure of Ridwan Kamil who cannot be underestimated.
Rano Karno will be a magnet for Jakarta residents, because of his considerable electability as a Betawi cultural figure.
