Former player Emerson Sheik lives a legal battle against a condominium, where he has an apartment, in the Pompeia region, west of São Paulo. The former athlete offered BRL 50,000 to settle the debt that exceeds BRL 120,000 in fines. Among the complaints from the neighbors are: the “deafening” parties at dawn, naked young people using the pool area and the dog’s dirt in the common areas that were not cleaned.
