The murder of former DMK MP Mastan has been exposed. Following this, 5 people including his relative and car driver have been arrested.

DMK Former M.P., who was the State Secretary of the Minority Rights Division, was the Vice-Chairman of the Tamil Nadu Minority Board. Dr Mastan (age 66). He lived with his family in Chepauk, Chennai. His son is engaged to be married in Kindy I.T.C. It was going to happen at Chola Hotel. He was making all arrangements for this. He used to make direct calls to important dignitaries.

Meanwhile, on the night of the 22nd, he called on important dignitaries and left by car from Chennai. The car was allegedly driven by his relative. It is said that he suddenly fell ill when the car came near Kuduvancheri. He was admitted to a private hospital in Kuduvanchery after he complained of chest pain and seizure. The doctors who examined him there said that he was already dead.

Masthan’s body was kept at his residence in Tiruvallikeni for public homage. Chief Minister Stalin, Minister Udayanidhi and others paid tributes. The funeral took place on the 22nd. Mastan has a wife and a son. In this case, his son lodged a complaint at the Guduvancheri police station that his death was suspicious. Following this, the Guduvancheri police registered a case of suspicious death and conducted an investigation. During the investigation, it is revealed that Mastan was murdered. It was revealed that he was murdered by putting a cloth over his mouth during the issue of giving and receiving money. The car driver Imran, Sidda’s relative Dr. Sultan Ahmed, friends Naseer, Taufiq and Lokesh have been arrested and are being investigated by the police. It is said that Mastan demanded the return of the money he had lent for his son’s marriage, hence the murder.

It has been revealed that Mastan’s sister’s son-in-law and 5 people including the car driver were strangled to death. Police are investigating.
