The upcoming change in the Racing 92 organization chart for next season. Stuart Lancaster will take the reins of the club, while Laurent Travers will be chairman of the board.
Stuart Lancaster, former coach of the England rugby team now assistant to Leinster, will join Racing 92 next season, the Irish provincial club announced on Monday. He has signed a four-season contract and will take up his duties on July 1, 2023.

Laurent Travers, currently director of rugby for the Top 14 club, will be promoted to Chairman of the Management Board of Racing 92 at the end of the 2022-2023 financial year.
“I am very happy to register for the long term and in this innovative logic of combining skills. I am enthusiastic about the idea of developing the project of the magnitude of Racing 92 which gives itself the means of strong ambitions in detection, training and performance to raise the club to the highest level in the long term”, reacted Travers on Monday.
Under the leadership of Laurent Travers, the sky and white team won a French championship title in 2016 and led the Racing 92 squad to three Champions Cup finals.
