Former United States President Barack Obama, 60, announced last night (Sunday) on his Twitter account that he was positive about the Corona virus.
“I was just diagnosed as positive for Corona. I had a sore throat for a few days, but other than that I feel fine. Michelle and I were grateful that we were vaccinated and received the booster as well and she was found negative,” the former president wrote.
“This is a reminder to everyone to go and get vaccinated, if you have not already done so, even as the number of cases goes down,” Obama wrote.
As you may recall, the former president, Donald Trump, also contracted the corona virus relatively early on, while he was president, but recovered relatively easily.
