In this case, Pavel Andov recently came to India for tourism. A total of 4 people including him were staying in a private hotel in Rayagada, Odisha. On the 21st, 4 friends, including Antov, drank a lot of alcohol. In this case, Pavel Andov celebrated his 66th birthday there on the same day. In this case, he fell down from the 3rd floor of the hotel on 22nd and died mysteriously. According to the police, he died after falling through the window from the 3rd floor of the hotel.
