Minister of National Security Itamar Ben Gabir Today (Thursday) attacked the former head of the Shin Bet, Nadvar Argaman, after the latter claimed that the Palestinian Authority is a body that does not encourage terrorism: “Argman is a prisoner of the concept that he cultivated with his own hands. The Palestinian Authority has been funding terrorist families, supporting murderers and sponsoring brutal terrorism for decades. The statement as if the PA does not encourage terrorism, and that it wants to live on Israel’s side – is disconnected from reality and a direct continuation of the old concept.”
As mentioned, the former head of the Shin Bet Nadav Argaman Present at the Institute for National Security Studies conference, he criticized the policy of the Israeli government which chose not to resort to a surprise attack on the terrorist organization Hamas. He added that he and the heads of the Shin Bet subsequently raised the issue more than once, and attacked the current government policy.

Argaman went on to accuse: “This disastrous government is the main failure and it prevents us from creating a different future in the Gaza Strip, and prevents us from forming a coalition led by the United States with the participation of the Sunni countries and from acting against Iran.
