According to the State Attorney General, Gerardo Márquez Guevara, the entity’s prosecutorial body has already established contact with people who report having been victims of said frauds.

In its latest circulated communications, the company offered returns between 2.50 and 3.20 percent that were deposited month after month, which stopped being deposited since December 2023.

Days after it was announced that there were victims in Saltillo, Víctor Valdés, one of the firm’s advisors with clients in Coahuila, revealed that at the same time, they had also been victims of fraud and that between October and November they had left to receive their payments for client advice, in addition to the profits from their investments.
It is estimated that in Coahuila there were at least 2,500 families that were affected by property damage of at least one billion pesos; At the national level, there would be more than 12,500 victims, with property damage of at least 12 billion pesos.

But Víctor Valdés asserts that in addition to the Yox firm, there is another coalition that is in the same situation, called “OPEN”, and that could have a broader portfolio in Coahuila.
At the national level, the company has at least 800 investigation files with grievances already calculated under these formal complaints, for more than 500 million pesos, according to the press.
In the State, the Prosecutor detailed that three complaints have been registered in Torreón and one more in Saltillo, whose investigations have already begun to report the first data to classify the crime of fraud.
However, it is expected that in the coming days the accumulation of complaints and other processes through civil means can be expanded.
