/ The ninth round of the Iraqi Stars Football League 2023-2024 begins today, Thursday, with four matches.

Three confrontations will begin at 2:30 this afternoon in Baghdad, Basra and Kut, where Amanat Baghdad Stadium will host the match between its team, Amanat Baghdad Club, and its guest, Najaf Club.

Meanwhile, a match will be held at Al-Fayhaa Stadium in Basra Governorate, between Al-Minaa Club and its guest, Erbil Club.

While Al-Kout Stadium will be the stage for the match between Al-Qassim Club and its guest, Al-Karkh Club.

Finally, one match will be held at six o’clock in the evening at Zakho Stadium, bringing together the owners of the land and the fans, Zakho Club and its guest, Naft Maysan Club.

After the end of the eighth round, Al-Quwa Club regained the top spot in the team standings after its recent victory over Erbil with 16 points, followed by Al-Shorta Club in runner-up with the same score but on goal difference, and Naft Maysan Club came third with 15 points.
