Four men have been arrested across California and Georgia in connection with the February 9 shooting of San Francisco 49ers defensive lineman Keion White at a Mission District nightclub. Law enforcement officials announced the multi-jurisdictional arrests on Wednesday, detailing weapons seizures and narcotics raids spanning multiple states.
Operation D-Line: Multi-State Arrests and Massive Narcotics Seizures
What began as an investigation into a nightclub shooting expanded into a wide-ranging interstate case involving more than 50 search warrants and over 250 personnel nationwide, according to the San Francisco Police Department. Authorities named the multi-month effort Operation D-Line,
culminating in a series of coordinated raids on October 7.
San Francisco Police Chief Derrick Lew detailed the scope of the operation during a press briefing. What started as a shooting investigation expanded rapidly,
Lew said, describing how investigators tracked suspects across state lines with the help of law enforcement agencies in Atlanta, Stockton, Irvine, and Los Angeles.
During the arrests, officers recovered multiple firearms and nearly 15 pounds of illicit drugs. In Atlanta, police arrested 38-year-old Marquis Davis at his residence, where authorities seized an illegal firearm alongside 3,842 grams of fentanyl, 1,026 grams of methamphetamine, 979 grams of cocaine, and 820 grams of MDMA. Simultaneously, in Stockton, the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office assisted local officers in arresting 36-year-old Antoine Washington, recovering a loaded firearm, more than 120 oxycodone pills, and approximately $6,691 in currency.
The Dahlia Lounge Shooting and the Suspects in Custody
The gunfire erupted just after 4 a.m. on February 9 at the crowded Dahlia Lounge located along the 1700 block of Mission Street. White, a 27-year-old defensive end who joined the 49ers ahead of the 2025 season, was hosting a private Super Bowl party downstairs when multiple individuals confronted him.
Witnesses reported that White became involved in an argument with Atlanta rapper Lil Baby,
whose legal name is Dominique Jones, before shots rang out in the VIP area. Chief Lew described a chaotic scene inside the venue as patrons ducked for cover and fled in fear. White suffered a gunshot wound to his right ankle and underwent surgery hours later.
Local law enforcement arrested 35-year-old Curtis Green in Irvine on October 7, and the Los Angeles Police Department apprehended 36-year-old Gregory Walker of Mountain House two days later. Both men were booked into the San Francisco County Jail.
Court Appearances and Pending Extraditions
San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins announced the specific charges against the suspects during Wednesday’s court proceedings. Prosecutors sought no bail for Walker, citing public safety risks. Walker faces charges of assault with a semiautomatic firearm—which prosecutors allege he personally discharged—alongside multiple felony firearm possession counts due to a prior conviction.

Green appeared to face misdemeanor charges including brandishing a firearm and carrying a concealed, loaded weapon in public. Meanwhile, Davis and Washington remain in custody outside San Francisco while prosecutors work to extradite them to the Bay Area to face pending charges related to the shooting.
This kind of violence is unacceptable in San Francisco, and we devoted significant resources to holding the perpetrators of this incident accountable.
Chief Derrick Lew, San Francisco Police Department
SFPD Lieutenant Rich Hunt confirmed that Walker, Davis, Washington, and Green are the sole targets in the active investigation. Authorities continue to urge anyone with additional information regarding the February incident to contact the San Francisco Police Department or send anonymous text tips through TIP411.
