The Housing Fund of the Institute for Security and Social Services of State Workers (Fovissste) began the delivery of settlement certificates and zero account statements for borrowers over 60 years of age whose credit origination is over 30 years old.

During the delivery of the first 44 files, Pedro Zenteno Santaella, general director of ISSSTE, pointed out that the mechanisms are being reviewed to provide, in the medium term, better amounts and easier access to financing.
César Buenrostro Moreno, executive member of Fovissste, said that the fund has the financial strength that It allows guaranteeing the application of this program in which 7,000 million pesos were allocated and will be in force until December 2024.
After delivering the settlement certificate and the account statement in zeros in digital format by email and in physical format, by postal service, the mortgage cancellation process will begin, as well as the deed of the property, a process that provides legal certainty and tranquility for families.
